Who We Are

We’re Sabina and Nico — friends, business partners, and the heart behind Freshnest. But our story began long before we met.

Our families were intertwined before we were even born. Sabina’s parents, both visionary architects, designed buildings that were brought to life thanks to the trust and backing of Inés — Nico’s grandmother and a bold, intuitive investor. Sabina’s mother and Nico’s mother, Daniela, grew up as childhood friends, forging a bond that would span generations.

From this shared legacy of creativity, trust, and collaboration, our own partnership was born — naturally and inevitably.

Sabina holds a PhD in Architecture, with a deep passion for aesthetics, design, and the belief that beauty belongs to everyone — regardless of background or budget. She carries within her the refined eye and soulful sensitivity of her parents, reimagining spaces as places of comfort, dignity, and joy.

Nico, also trained in architecture, brings a vibrant, entrepreneurial spirit shaped by his mother’s example. With a strong grasp of business and an intuitive sense of today’s culture, he understands what new generations are looking for — and how to make it happen without losing sight of affordability.

Together, we combine heart and strategy, vision and practicality. We know design can be smart, beautiful, and accessible — all at once. At Freshnest, we’re not just designing spaces. We’re helping people fall in love with where they live — and making sure they can afford to do it.
